It is a great honor to represent the exceptional pediatric hematology and oncology nurses of Arizona. Working with this patient population is incredibly rewarding, and it is equally important to recognize and respect the emotional weight and responsibility that comes with our work. As President of the Arizona APHON Chapter, my goal is to honor both the joy and the challenges of our profession by fostering a strong and inclusive community where we uplift and support one another, strengthen our connections, and inspire growth and renewed purpose in nursing. I deeply believe in giving back and in creating spaces where every nurse feels valued and a true sense of belonging within our profession. To represent our shared goals, I will empower our members by building meaningful connections across our healthcare and local communities. As President of the Arizona APHON Chapter, I promise to always act in the best interest of our members and to lead in a way that reflects the compassion, excellence, and values that define pediatric hematology and oncology nursing.
